Certifiably committed?

James Hack Lakeland 100

Though some of you will question my sanity, I'm delighted to report that I completed my 105 mile non-stop running challenge around the Lake District. It was a fantastic experience which raised over £1000 for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Many thanks to the generous people who supported me.

Some questions come up time and again in anyone's professional life - "do you have the commitment to stick with this project?", "how do you cope outside of your comfort zone?". Well, I can honestly say that running the Lakeland 100 has provided me with affirmations of what I thought I already knew. I'm certainly not short on commitment or perseverance and respond well in any challenging situation. Let this be proof!
